The 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD is completely redesigned for 2012. It has more standard features, better fuel economy ratings, an updated power train and better storage than before.
The CR-V has real-time All-Wheel Drive and our test vehicle was so well loaded with standard features that there were no options added or needed. Navigation is standard on this model (optional on other models) as well as rearview camera, Pandora Internet radio interface, Bluetooth and voice text messaging, which functioned as promised.
The interior cabin is one of the most spacious and comfortable in the class, and has an impressively large, easy-to-load and easy-to-organize cargo area. The new center console stretches from the back of the front seats to the dashboard.
The CR-V has a lot of changes both inside and out. Not only does it have a redesigned exterior, but also the engine received mechanical updates to increase horsepower and fuel economy ratings. The transmission is still a five-speed automatic.
